From 1 September I will be working for a bank in their corporate division. Should be fun.
Our Franklin Players show began its run last Friday, only to be cut short (during my one-act play) on Saturday night. All attendees were invited back to a free show this week, as long as they brought their tickets with them.
Not much else to say. I watched "Closer" last night with my man, and decided that all men are bastards, especially Jude Law. I don't think I like him anymore. But seriously, for a film to make me feel that emotionally drawn must say something for the director and actors' abilities. Well done Mike Nichols.
Speaking of Natalie Portman, I recommend watching "Garden State" if you get a chance. Zach Braff (whose blog is linked on the right) wrote the film, and I've been a fan of his since the first episode of "Scrubs". Check it out.
I told you it was a sad movie! BUT I also told you it was good!
