Randolph Consumers who purchase a Windows XP computer between 26 October 2006 and 15 March 2007 qualify for an upgrade to Windows Vista. Depending on the operating system version the user is upgrading from, the copy of Windows Vista will either be free or at a discount.
The same goes for Office 2003.
