Randolph I’m getting a new PC at work in the near future because this beast is too slow and the hard drive isn’t big enough for the massive reports that I have to automate.
As well as that, I’ve been given access to one of the new SQL Server 2005 servers that we’ve recently acquired, so that I can throw more capacity at these evil scripts. I’m dealing with tens of millions of records, so it’s no real surprise that my PC ran out of space.
I’m looking forward to getting my 4 hour script to run even faster now!
