Firefox and Thunderbird are resource hogs. Then again, what else is there that works the same way across all current platforms?
I'm using Entourage 2004 at the moment instead of Thunderbird. The bird was lighting up my CPU graph too much. Flash does the same under Firefox, so I'm considering my options. I like performance, thank you very much. Perhaps another 512MB RAM in this white box will sort me out. But the Mac doesn't seem to need it in other applications. Curious.
I spent last night and this morning watching Terminator 2: Ultimate Edition. I now know more about that movie than I ever did. It's still in my top ten, despite Edward Furlong's screetchings.
