I have an iPhone 3G. I have a Windows 7 machine at home. I have an iMac at home. I have a Windows 7 machine at work.

The Windows 7 machine at work runs Outlook with Exchange connectivity, so no MobileMe.

How do I keep all of these in sync with one version of the truth?
