In December 2004, I participated in an online project called "The Real Meaning of Life". The idea was to find quotations from ordinary people on their idea of the meaning of life, and compile them into a book. More information can be found here.

I am pleasantly surprised (and flattered) to find my quotation in the book, which was edited by David Seaman. According to Google Books and Amazon.com, I'm on the bottom of page 209.

Here's the full quote, taken from my writing page:

"Operating within the understanding of your own self is the true measure of life and how to live it. If you can be honest with yourself, there is nothing else to life except to enjoy it. If you can look into your own eyes in a mirror without blushing, the world is yours for the taking. I still blush, but every day is a little easier."
