Randolph I have made a formal complaint against Sentech in terms of the ISPA Code of Conduct (they are a member of this association). I have cited the following sections:
– Consumer protection and provision of information to customers
– Cyber crime
– Internet standards
I say that Sentech is carrying on criminal behaviour, in blatant violation of my rights to access information about their organisation.
