We had a power failure this morning at around 2am, and still weren't back up when I left for work at 7:50am. Typical. This wasn't a rolling blackout though, because it's only in our complex.

For the record, I have a headache from hell. It started yesterday afternoon on the drive home, when I caught a flash of sunlight reflecting off a glass building. After I lost peripheral vision in my left eye and noticed naked dancing greek llamas dancing ponies in my field of vision, I was a little concerned.
With http://ncane.com growing steadily (almost 500 URLs shortened!), I am about to launch another service with a partner who has been helping me on it for a couple of years. Let's put this in perspective though: I had the idea in 2001, and asked some people to help me. For various reasons, those people couldn't do it. In 2004 I approached this new guy. He said yes, and agreed to take half of my business as payment. Well, it seemed like a good idea then, and I think it's still a good idea now 🙂
