Yesterday (Sunday), I was again disconnected by Sentech. When I called the help desk, I was informed that my debit order was unsuccessful, and therefore I was not allowed on the network. When I demanded to know how a debit order is supposed to take place on a Sunday, the technician simply told me to call back today because no one was in the accounts department to help me. When I swore at him, he demanded that I treat him like a human being. I told him I'd treat him like one if he started behaving like one.
