Microsoft has acknowledged the Vista bug that I mentioned last week, relating to copying and moving files over the network, and released a hotfix (see related link).
I hate Vista
It was a foregone conclusion, but I put myself through it anyway.
Amandla
I stand to be corrected, but I believe "amandla" means "power to the people". Last night, during an episode of Crumbs, the electricity went out in our neighbourhood. It came back on again some time this morning.

I converted (after much trial and tribulation) to a "Flexi" account with Sentech recently. Under the Flexi account, I have a cap of 3GB, which according to my understanding, is reset on the first day of each month.

My letter to Sentech
I've written five pages of letter (1.5 spacing, justified, 2" margins) to Sentech, which took me a shade over 100 minutes to compose. If you want to read it, I'll put it on the blog, but it is long. I'm posting it via registered mail on 13 November (Monday).
