This is how I feel about the whole thing

As some of you know, I changed jobs at the beginning of September. More than six weeks later, I'm very happy with my decision. I signed a confidentiality agreement so I can't talk about details (obviously), but I am very happy with my prospects.
A Roger Taylor song from the 1975 Queen album "A Night At The Opera" (from which "Bohemian Rhapsody" comes) is my inspiration for this post. I have just fallen in love with the revised look of the new BMW 3-series, in the shape of the 335i coupe. For the first time in twenty years, BMW has made a car with not one, but TWO turbos.
Thursday was my last day at the old company, and while I enjoyed my 9 months there, I was looking forward to starting at my new job on Friday. I spent most of the day deleting my personal files off the computer, backing up emails, etc. My work PC went off at about 2pm.
– Last night whilst washing the dishes, I managed to slice the tip of my right index finger with a sharp knife. Needless to say, this has affected my typing, as well as my mood as a result. I'd show you a picture but I don't have a webcam at work.
This is a short note to pass on my condolences to Jesus for the death of Pope John Paul II. While a large portion of my extended family is Catholic, I am not, so I can't share in the grief to their extent. Nevertheless, he was a very influential man and his life's work should be recognised.
What a load of SHIT! I had to generate a new blog entry to get this off my chest. Some monkey who claims to be a consultant has labelled the World Community Grid project a potential "powerful cyber-terror weapon". The article can by found here. He reckons that if "hackers manage to penetrate the super-network", it could be used for "sinister purposes".
What an ass I am! I upgraded the firewall from SmoothWall Express 1.0 to 2.0 at the end of last year, and to test out some of the new functionality, I noticed a certain IP address was seemingly attacking my network, so I blocked it. Today, about a month later, I discovered that the address was that of SmoothWall's website. I couldn't visit the URL, I couldn't download updates, nada. So now I feel silly. But I also realise that even SmoothWall's website being blocked proves how reliable the product is. Download it for your network. I endorse it.
